Mixed Use (Hotel, Co-Working Offices and Cafe)  

This former HSBC Bank branch was granted for three-storey roof extension to accommodate a mixed-use development comprising co-working offices & a Café on the ground floor and a hotel on the upper floors . Interior design layouts have also been created to maximise space use and internal layouts has been arranged to enable easy circulation spaces.
