Marina Restaurant, Woodford Green

This project is a conversion from a previous bank building to a restaurant. The building is in a conservation area. Therefore the proposed new sign and the internal arrangement on the ground floor have been made to respect the quality of its environment while serving the client’s needs. The eye catching front seating area as well as keeping the needs and be sustainable for the future, through several site outlines, through to the selection of construction materials.
We worked with the costumer through from the design stage to building the completion stage. With the new arrangements the business was able to expand its works making it a highly demanded spot for the costumers of the area. The existing terrace has been converted to a waiting area where people can stay waiting in an enjoyable environment with privacy. The space has been decorated with wood to give a more environmental friendly atmosphere.
