The brief of our clients for this 1,040 Sq.M. land, by Epping Forest, was about the replacement of the existing detached single-storey bungalow into a two-storey detached dwellinghouse. The new family house tripled the size of the outdated bungalow according to the family’s needs. We guided our clients from the initial Concept Design and the successful Planning Stage up to the Site Construction Management.
