The proposed application has been granted for change of use from B2 to community hall, mixed use function hall to be used for Bozcader charity. The proposal is for the single storey building with attic rooms in a classical style which was built around 1920s.
The proposal is to maintain the existing building and the character of the building has remained. The design proposes only to include a flue fan at the rear side designed with minimal impact on the building and the general public. The cycle railings are proposed on the site to encourage the use of bikes and reduce emission. The building has a total area of 762m2.
