This private residence at Chingford area was fully renovated and as we guided our clients through the planning process and Building Regulations stage, we managed to almost double its size and area. This was attained through the successful planning permission for a double-storey wrap-around extension and the conversion of the loft to accommodate the fourth 30 Sq.M. bedroom of the family.
