This project is about the Change of use from House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) into 3 flats (C3 Use Class), including a 5.4m rear semi-ground floor extension to accommodate a 1bed flat at the rear of the existing front retail shop. On the ground floor, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and an inner garden are designed. The basic setup of the project has been interpreted over the designed interior garden. The interior garden, which was designed by preserving the trace of the roof slope given to the back, has met the light requirement of the space, and the privacy relationship with neighbouring buildings has been resolved in this way. By designing green space in the garden, better quality life, and ecological advantage in the place has been provided.
